AUTHORITY

Title 17, Section 17.16.010, Paragraph E of the Rolling
Hills Municipal Code.
REGULAR MEETINGS
Applications "are considered at the regular meetings
of the Planning Commission, which are held'on the third
Tuesday of each -month. Applications must be submitted to . -
the City Clerk no later than the last Monday of the month
immediately preceding the regular meeting at which .the
matter.wilt'.be considered. The applicant or a representative
'of the applicant must be present at the meeting.'

PLAN SUBMITTAL
Seven (7) ' copies of 'a plot ,plan' must
the application and must show the following:
