Projects submitted for administrative approval will be reviewed for structural and total net lot coverage and percentage of disturbed area, setbacks, grading, walls, area of existing house to be demolished and all other development standards. Additions, accessory structures and pools will also be reviewed for availability of stable/corral or area set aside for a future stable/corral. RHCA Architectural Committee review and Dept. of Building and Safety construction permits are required for all construction. The City of Rolling Hills does not collect a fee for over-the-counter review. Building permit fees will be assessed at the time the project is submitted to the Department of Building and Safety.
