CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA
August,15, 1992
A regular adjourned meeting of the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills was called to
order by Mayor Gordana Swanson at 8:45 a.m. at The Saddleback Inn, 300 South State
Highway 173, Lake Arrowhead, California on August 15, 1992.
ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Councilmembers Heinsheimer, Leeuwenburgh, Pernell; Mayor
Pro Tem Murdock and Mayor Swanson.
ABSENT: None
ALSO PRESENT: Craig R. Nealis, City Manager
L.D. Courtright, City Treasurer
Michael Jenkins, City Attorney
Lola Ungar, Principal Planner
MATTERS FROM THE CITY COUNCIL
Councilmember Leeuwenburgh requested steps be taken to further educate the City
Manager and Principal Planner on the history of land movement in the City.
MATTERS FROM STAFF
City Manager Nealis provided an update on the City's Planning computer and staff hiring.
CLOSED SESSION
The meeting was recessed to a closed session at 10:40 a.m. to discuss pending litigation.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was reconvened at 11:09 a.m. and was adjourned at 11:10 a.m. to a Regular
City Council Meeting to be held August 24, 1992 in the City Council Chambers,
Administration Facility, 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, California, commencing at
7:30 p.m.
