CALL TO ORDER
A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills was called to order by
Mayor Heinsheimer at 7:30 a.m., on Monday, November 21, 1994, in the City Council
Chambers at City Hall, 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, California.

Hill, Murdock and Mayor Heinsheimer.
Lay and Mayor Pro Tem Pernell (excused).
Craig R. Nealis, City Manager.
CONSIDERATION OF AMENDMENT TO IMPROVEMENTS FOR INTERIOR OF
CITY HALL.
Councilmember Murdock moved that the City Manager be authorized to complete this
work and to expend an additional $1,000 for painting work inside City Hall and that the
City Manager be give the authority to issue change orders which may occur during this
process. Councilmember Hill seconded the motion which carried unanimously. Hearing
no objection, Mayor Heinsheimer so ordered.

ADIOURNMENT
Hearing no further business before the City Council, Mayor Heinsheimer adjourned the
meeting at 7:31 a.m., to the next regularly scheduled meeting of the City Council scheduled
for Monday, November 28, 1994, at 7:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 2
Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, California.
