ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS
THURSDAY, APRIL 23, 1998
The adjourned regular meeting of the City Council was called to order at 8:00 AM at the
top of Pine Tree Lane where it joins Portuguese Bend Road by Mayor B. Allen Lay on
Thursday, April 23, 1998.
PRESENT,: Councilmembers Murdock, Pernell, Mayor Pro Tem Hill and Mayor
Lay.
ABSEN-T:-Councilmember -Heinsheimer.
ALSO PRESENT: Ms. Lola Ungar, Planning Director.
At the meeting, the City Council requested a revised map of Pine Tree Lane that shows the
road to be 18 feet wide and an explanation if certain places cannot be widened to 18 feet;
street widenings at the four fire hydrants to be 26 feet to the satisfaction of the Fire
Department, and the possible relocation of the first two fire hydrants from Portuguese
Bend Road. The Council also requested that access to the Community Association's trail
system be maintained.
