REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA

The regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Rolling Hills was called to order by Mayor Nielsen at
7:30 P.M., Monday, 28 November 1960.
ROLL CALL
Present: Councilman O'Flaherty, Mayor Nielsen
Absent: Councilmen Horn, Roach, Tourtelot
Also Present: City Attorney William Kinley
City Clerk Gilbert B. Myers
Deputy City Clerk Mary Louise Powers
Due to lack of a quorum, the Mayor announced that the
meeting was adjourned to reconvene at 8:00 A.M., Tuesday,
29 November 1960.

Absent: Councilmen Roach and Tourtelot
City Clerk Gilbert B. Myers
Also Present: Deputy City Clerk Mary Louise Powers
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
On motion of Councilman O'Flaherty, seconded by
Councilman Horn and unanimously carried, the minutes of the
meeting held November 14, 1960 were approved as written.
FENCE REGULATIONS
The.matter of Fence Regulations was tabled until all
Councilmen are present.
SISTER CITIES
The matter of Sister Cities was ordered tabled until
the next meeting.
OFFICE REORGANIZATION STUDY
The,matter of Office Reorganization Study was ordered
tabled until the next meeting.

PAYMENT OF CITY BILLS
The Deputy City Clerk presented the register of
bills to be allowed for payment. On motion of Councilman
Horn, seconded by Councilman O'Flaherty and on roll call vote
by the Deputy City Clerk unanimously carried. Demands 755 through
764 were approved for payment from the General Fund as follows:
Demand No. 755 Sacramento Newsletter
Demand No. 756 Committee of Mayors
Demand No. 757 Palos Verdes Newspapers
Demand No. 758 Anchor Press
Demand No. 759 General Telephone Co.
Demand No. 760 William Kinley
Demand No. 761 William Kinley
Demand No. 762 Gilbert Myers
Demand No. 763 Void
Demand No. 764 Mary Louise Powers

There being no further business to come before the
meeting, it was moved by Councilman O'Flaherty, seconded by
