of Rolling Hills was called to order by Mayor Nielsen at 7 : 30 P.M. ,

Due to lack of a �quorum, the Mayor announced that the
meeting was adjourned to reconvene at 8: 00 A.M. , Tuesday,
10 January 1961.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
On motion of Councilman Tourtelot, seconded by
Councilman 0'Flaherty and unanimously carried, the minutes
of the meeting held December 27 , 1960 were approved as written.
BOWIE ROAD FIRE REPORT � �
The matter of the Bowie Road Fire Report was ordered
tabled until the next meeting.
. USE OF RIDING RING BY PONY CLUB
The City Clerk reported that he had contacted
Col. John Brown and asked him to write a letter to the City
Council- stating his requested schedule and plans . Upon receipt
of Col. Brown' s letter, copies will be mailed to all councilmen
for study.

PAYMENT OF CITY BILLS
The City Clerk• presented the register of bills to
be allowed for payment. On motion of Councilman 0'Flaherty,
seconded by Councilman Tourtelot and on roll call vote by
the City Cler-k unanimously carried, Demands 785 through 794
' were approved for payment from the General Fund as follows:
Demand No. 785 State Emp. Retirement System $ 184.50
Demand No. 786 Internal Revenue Service 145 .40
Demand No. 787 International Business Mach. 1.04
