Myers Deputy City Clerk Mary Louise Powers APPROVAL OF MINUTES On motion of Councilman Tourtelot, seconded by Councilman 0'Flaherty and unanimously carried, the minutes of the meeting held December 27 , 1960 were approved as written. BOWIE ROAD FIRE REPORT � � The matter of the Bowie Road Fire Report was ordered tabled until the next meeting. . USE OF RIDING RING BY PONY CLUB The City Clerk reported that he had contacted Col. John Brown and asked him to write a letter to the City Council- stating his requested schedule and plans . Upon receipt of Col. On motion of Councilman 0'Flaherty, seconded by Councilman Tourtelot and on roll call vote by the City Cler-k unanimously carried, Demands 785 through 794 ' were approved for payment from the General Fund as follows: Demand No. 785 State Emp.
