Conditional Use Permit request for proposed sport court and mixed use; and Variances for
encroachment into the side yard setback of the proposed sport court and mixed use structure
and exceedance of the allowable maximum building pad coverage. Project Scope: Repurpose
existing 1,810 SF barn to mixed use office and recreation room; new 6,384 SF sports court;
and 1,000 SF barn/stable set aside area.
