RESOLUTION DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO FILE COPY OF
ORDINANCE NO. U-2 WITH THE AUDITOR OF THE COUNTY
OF LOS ANGELES.
wnmftsAS2 the City Council of the City of Rolling
Hills has on this date adopted as an urgency ordinance
Ordinance No. U-2, which ordinance provides for the
transfer of the duties of the City Assessor and City
Tax Collector of the City of Rolling Hills to the
Assessor and Tax Collector of the County of Los Angeles,
and for the abolitionofthe offices of City Assessor
and City Tax Collector in said City; and
WHEREAS., Section 51502 of the Goverment Code of
the State of California requires that a certified copy
of said ordinance be filed with the County Auditor on
or before the first Monday of the February following
the adoption of such ordinance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk
be and he hereby is instructed to file with the County
Auditor of the County of Los, Angeles, on or before the
first Monday of February, 1957, a certified copy of
Ordinance No. U-2 of the City of Rolling Hills, to-
gether with a certified copy of this resolution;
THAT the Mayor shall sign this resolution and
the City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage
and adoption thereof.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED THIS 24th day of
January, 1957.
