RESOLUTION NO. 19
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA.,
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EMPLOY
SECRETARIAL HELP.
RESOLVED, that the City Manager be and he is
hereby authorized -to join with the Rolling Hills
Community Association of Rancho Palos Verdes in the
employment of secretarial help provided that he shall
not obligate this City to pay more than 25% of the
employment expense for such help, which 25% shall
in no event exceed $100.00 per month* and
RESOLVED, that this resolution shall remain
effective for a period of two months only at the
expiration of which this Council will be informed
by the City Manager as to the proportion of the
time of secretarial employees devoted to the work
of the City as compared to work of the Rolling Hills
Community Association.
THAT the Mayor shall sign this resolution and
the City Clerk shall attest to the passage and
adoption thereof.
