RESOLUTION NO. 24A.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF A GENERAL FUND BANK ACCOUNT
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City of Rolling
Hills establish a bank account in which to deposit funds.
received from taxes; and
AREAS., the City of Rolling Hills at the present
time does not have an established bank account for the
deposit of the general funds of -the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of
Rolling Hills establish a,bank account for the deposit
of the general funds of the City of Rolling Hills, such
bank account to be known as the General Fund Bank Account
of the City of Rolling Hills;
RESOLVED fur.thor that funds of this city be deposited
in California Bank subject to the By -Laws, Rules,, and
Regulations of California -Bank.. --in force from time to
time governing Accounts with said Bank, and subject to
any and all service charges now or hereafter established,
and that -
Owen F. Goodman, Mayor
or Allan F. Bullard, Mayor Pro Tempore
and Gilbert B. Myers, City Treasurer
or Phyllis S. Stockdale, Deputy City Treasurer
be and they'are hereby authorized to sign checks, drafts,
trade acceptances, -counter checks or orders for and on
behalf of this city and that each of them be. -and he is
hereby authorized to endorse checks, drafts, trade accept-
ances, notes or orders for and on behalf of this city for
deposit, encashment or otherwise, and said Bank is hereby
authorized to honor and pay on account of this city and
all checks, drafts, trade acceptances, counter checks,
notes or orders signed and/or endorsed in accordance here-
with. Said Bank is authorized to send by unregistered
mail to the last known address of the city on file with
the Bank statements and cancelled checks not called for
within three months.
