A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY

OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY
OF LOS ANGELES FOR THE PROVISION OF POUND
AND POUNDMASTER SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS.
WHEREAS the City Council of the City -of Rolling
Hills desires to make provision for pound and pound -
master services for the City of Rolling Hills; and
WHEREAS the County of Los Angeles has.submitted
to said Council a form of agreement, under which it
is willing to provide such services for said City; and
WHEREAS the form of agreement so submitted is
acceptable to the City Council of the City of Rolling

Hills;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and
the City Clerk of the City of Rolling Hills be and
they are hereby authorized, empowered and directed
for and on behalf of the City of Rolling Hills to
enter into an agreement in the form submitted to this
Council for the provision by the County of Los Angeles
of pound and poundmaster services within the geographical
limits of the City of Rolling Hills;
THAT the Mayor shall sign this resolution and the
City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and
adoption thereof and that there shall be attached to
the permanent file copy of this resolution a�copy of
the form of agreement above referred to.
The City Clerk is directed to forward a certified
copy of this resolution to the Clerk of the Board of
Supervisors of Los Angeles County.
