RESOLUTION NO. 29
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ROLLING HILLS., CALIFORNIA., REQUESTING APPROVAL
OF THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
OF PROPOSED ANNEXATION NO. 24-57s TERRITORY
LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, TO
THE CONSOLIDATED COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT,
The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills
does resolve as follows:
Section 1: The City Council of the City of
Rolling Hills does here5yXTts intention to commence
proceedings, pursuant to Section 14401 of the Health
and Safety Code of the State of Californias for the
annexation of the hereinafter described territory
located within the boundaries of the City of Rolling
Hills, and known as proposed Annexation No. 24-57 to
the Consolidated County Fire Protection District of
Los Ang.6les-County.
Section 2: The boundaries of the territory
proposed to be annexed have heretofore been submitted
to and reported upon by the Los Angeles County Boundary
Commission. The approved boundaries as reported on are
as follows:
210, Beginning at the southwesterly corner of Lot
as shown on Los Angeles County Assessor's Map
No. 60# recorded in Book 10 page 8 of Assessor's
Maps, in the office of the Recorder of the County
of Los Angeles; thence southwesterly along the
boundary of Consolidated.County Fire Protection
Districts as same existe*d*'on March -22; 1951., and
following the same.in a * 11 its various courses and
curves to the boundary of the City of Rolling Hills,
as same existed on said date; thence northwesterly
along said last mentioned boundary and following
the same in all its various courses to the point
of beginning.
Excepting therefrom that portion thereof
within the boundaries of Consolidated County Fire
Protection Districts as same existed on March 22,
1957.
Containingi 0.049 square miles.
Beginning.at the most southerly corner of
Lot 67, as shown on map of Rolling Hills, recorded
in Book 201, pages 29 to 35 Inclusive of Maps, in
in the office of the Recorder of the County of Los
Angeles; thence southeasterly, southwesterly and
southeasterly along the boundary of the City of,
Rolling Hills, as tame existed on March 22, 1957,
to the boundary of Consolidated County Fire Pro-
tection District, as same existed on said date;
thence southwesterly along said last mentioned
boundary and following the same in all its various
courses to the point of beginnir4g.
Containing: 0,057 square miles.
Total area of Annexation No. 24-57 e 0.106
square miles.
section 3: The Los Angeles County Board of
SLipervisoms as the governing body:of the Consolidated
County Fire Protection District is hereby requested to
grant approval of said.annexation pursuant to the terms
and provisions of Section 14401 of the Health and
Safety Code of the State of California.
