A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ROLLING HILLS FIXING THE SALARY OF THE. .
DEPUTY CITY CLERK AND DEPUTY CITY TREASURER.
AREAS, by Resolution No. 25, Phyllis Stockdale was
appointed as -Deputy City Clerk and Deputy City Treasurer
of the City of Rolling Hills to serve as -such until June
30, 1957, without compensation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council now finds and declares that
the sum of 0325.00 per month is a reasonable compensation
for the services being rendered by paid Phyllis Stockdale
and
as such Deputy City Clet-k/Deputy City Treasurer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that effective July
1, 1957. and continuing thereafter, at the pleasure of the
City Council, the monthly compensation of Phyllis Stockdale
as Deputy City Clerk and Deputy City Treasurer be and the
same is hereby fixed at J325.00 per month.,
THAT the Mayor shall sign this resolution and the
City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and
adoption thereof.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 24th day of June,
1957.
