A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ROLLING HILLS CREATING AND
APPOINTING A TRAFFIC COMMISSION
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of
July, 1957.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rolling
Hills desires to certain
provide rules, regulations
and ordinances to control the vehicular traffic within
the.City of Rolling Hills; and
WHEREAS, said City Council desires to appoint a
Traffic Commission to promulgate proposed rules, regula-
tions and ordinances controlling vehicular traffic with-
in the City of Rolling Hills for consideration of the
said City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and
the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills create

and appoint a Traffic Commission consisting of James
Elliott, Robert Irwin, Fritz Ripley, and that James
Elliott shall be chairman of said Commission. That
said Commission shall promulgate proposed rules, regula-
tions and ordinances for the consideration of the City
`~
Council of the City of Rolling Hills for the control of
vehicular traffic within the City of Rolling Hills; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that William Kinley, City
Attorney of the City of Rolling Hills, be appointed as
an ex officio member of said Traffic Commission.
THAT the Mayor shall sign this resolution and the
City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and
adoption thereof.
