RESOLUTION NO. 39
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ROLLING HILLS AUTHORIZING THE
CITY MANAGER TO FILE THE ANNUAL STREET
REPORT WITH THE STATE CONTROLLER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA THAT THE CITY MANAGER
be authorized and directed to make and file with
the State Controller each year the Annual Street
'A Report required by Section 2151 of the Streets
�r.
and Highways Code of the State of California.
THAT the Mayor shall sign this resolution
and the City Clerk shall attest and certify to
the passage and adoption thereof.
