RESOLUTION NO. 4-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ROLLING HILLS AUTHORIZING. EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR OPERATION., REPAIR AND
MAINTENANCE OF GATES AND GATE HOUSES.
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the City Attorney be
and they hereby are authorized for and on behalf of the
City of Rolling'Hills to execute on behalf of the City
of Rolling Hills a letter agreement dated 17 December
1957 for the operations repair and maintenance of the
gates and gate houses for the period beginning January 1,
1958 and ending June 30, 1958 in the form presented to
and read to the City Council at its meeting held 17
December 1957.
THAT the Mayor shall sign this resolution and the
City Clerk shall attest to the passagg and adoption
thereof.
PASSED., APPROVED., AND ADOPTED THIS 17th day of,
December, 1957.
