Section LL: It is hereby requested that the Board
of Supervisors or its designated agent or agency approve
and authorize the performance of services requested in
this Resolution, subject to the terms and conditions set,
forth in the General Services Agreement dated January -24,
1957.
Section5: The City Clerk is directed to forward
a certified_ copy of this Resolution to the Clerk of the
Board of Supervisors, to the County'Sheriff's Office,
and to the Chief Administrative Office, County of Los
Angeles.

OF ROLLING HILLS, REQUESTING ADDITIONAL LAW
ENFORCEMENT SERVICES WITHIN THE CITY OF ROLLING
HILLS FROM THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY SHERIFF'S
DEPARTMENT UNDER THE GENERAL SERVICES AGREEMENT.

The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills
resolve as follows:
Section 1: The City Council of the City of Rolling
Hills, pursuant to the terms and provisions of -the General
Services Agreement, dated January 241 1957 and entered
into by and between the County of Los Angeles and the
City of Rolling Hills does hereby request the County'of
Los Angeles, through the County Sheriff's Department,'to"-
provide additional Law Enforc9ment services, said services
being in addition to those -heretofore requested'by'the
Law Enforcement Services Agreement dated. Jdl'y 1, 1957,
on a cost -basis as set forth and provided in said agree-
ment entitled General Services _Agreement.

Section 2: In addition to the General Law Enforce-
ment services now being provided to the City of Rolling
ment
Hills pursuant to the Law Enforcement Services Agreement,
the City Council hereby requests one-eighth (1/8) patrol
car for -,enforcement of traffic commencing 1 April 1958
and terminating 30 June 1958.
Section The City of Rolling Hills hereby
guarantees to the County of Los Angeles that it will
pay for the cost of the services requested in this
Resolution, pursuant to the terms and provisions of
the General Services Agreement dated January 24, 1957•
