A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ROLLING HILLS FIXING THE SALARY OF THE
DEPUTY CITY CLERK AND DEPUTY CITY TREASURER.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No, 25 Phyllis Stockdale
was appointed as Deputy City Clerk and Deputy City
Treasurer of the City of Rolling Hills, California; and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 32 the monthly compen-
sation of Phyllis Stockdale as Deputy City Clerk and
Deputy City Treasurer was fixed at Three Hundred Twenty -
Five Dollars ($325.00) per month effective July 1, 1957;
and
WHEREAS, since said date Phyllis Stockdale has been
given and has assumed additional duties as. Secretary of
the Planning Commission of the City of Rolling Hills,
California; and
WHEREAS, the City Council now finds and declares
that the sum of Three Hundred Seventy -Five Dollars
'x:$375.00) is a reasonable compensation for the services
being rendered by Phyllis Stockdale as said Deputy City
Clerk, Deputy City Treasurer -and Secretary of the Plann-
ing Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that effective
July 1, 1958, and continuing thereafter at the pleasure
of the City Council, the monthly compensation of Phyllis
Stockdale as Deputy City Clerk, Deputy City Treasurer
and Secretary of the Planning Commission be, and the
same is hereby fixed at Three Hundred Seventy -Five
Dollars (0375.00) per month, Three Hundred Fifty Dollars
($350.00) of which shall be charged against the budget
items for Deputy City Clerk and Deputy City Treasurer,
and Twenty -Five Dollars ($25.00) of which shall be
charged against the budget item Planning Commission.
THAT the Mayor shall sign this resolution and the
City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and
adoption thereof.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 9th day of June,
