A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS RE-
QUESTING ADDITIONAL LAW ENFORCE-
MENT SERVICES WITHIN THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS FROM THE LOS ANGELES
COUNTY SHERIFFIS DEPARTMENT UNDER
THE LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES AGREE-
MENT.
The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 3,: It is hereby requested that the Board
of Supervisors or its designated agent or agency approve
and authorize the performance of services requested in
this Resolution, subject to the terms and conditions set
forth in SECTION 2 hereof, and subject to the terms and
conditions set forth in said Law Enforcement Services
Agreement dated June 23, 1958.
SECTION 4: The.Deputy City,Clerk is directed to
forward a certified copy of this Resolution to the
Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, to the Los Angeles
County Sheriffts Office and to the Chief Administrative
Office, County -of Los Angeles.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of
June, 1958.

SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Rolling
Hills, pursuant to the terms and provisions of the Law
Enforcement Services Agreement dated June 23, 1958, ex-
ecuted on behalf of the City of Rolling Hills pursuant
to Resolution No., 57 of the City Council of the City of
Rolling Hills, does hereby request the County of Los
Angeles through the Sheriff=s Department to.provide
additional law enforcement services, said services
being in addition to those heretofore requested by the

Law Enforcement Services Agreement,
SECTION 2: In addition to the general law enforce-
ment services to be provided to the City of Rolling Hills
pursuant to said Law Enforcement Services Agreement, the
City Council hereby requests traffic law enforcement,
provided that such additional service, together with
general law enforcement provided for under said Law
Enforcement Services Agreement shall not exceed law
enforcement at the rate of 1/8 car until further resoliu.-
tion of this Council.
SECTION 3,: It is hereby requested that the Board
of Supervisors or its designated agent or agency approve

this Resolution, subject to the terms and conditions set
forth in SECTION 2 hereof, and subject to the terms and
conditions set forth in said Law Enforcement Services
Agreement dated June 23, 1958.
