A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ROLLING HILLS AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING
THE COUNTY ENGINEER TO PERFORM CERTAIN SERVICES.
The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills does
resolve as follows:
Section 1: The City Council of the City of Rolling
Hills hereby requests the following designated services
to be performed by the County Engineer on behalf of. said
City, all pursuant to the terms and provisions of the
General Services Agreement which said City -entered into
with the County of Los Angeles on January 24, 1957:
Civil engineering work within the scope of the duties
of the County Engineer and the collection as agent of the
City of all fees therefor imposed by said City or which the
City is entitled to collect. Said services are to be per-
formed upon direction of the City Manager.
Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution and shall submit a certified
copy thereof to the County of Los Angeles.
PASSED, APPROVED., AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of June.,
1958.
