OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 53.
VMRE-AS the State Employees* Retirement System has
requested Resolution 53 be amended as hereinafter set
f orth;
NOW,9THEREFORE3, BE IT RESOLVED that that portion
of said Resolution No, 53 which now reads:
Ila. No optional exclusions desired."
be amended to read:
Ila. All services in any class or classes
of part-time legal positions."
AND FURTHER., BE IT RESOLVED that a part-time
position is defined to be a position in which services
are performed by an employee where the actual performance
of duty requires not more than 600 hours in each year,
