A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ROLLING HILLS AUTHORIZING FRED I. TOURTELOT,
AS MAYOR, AND VIGO- G. NIELSEN, AS MAYOR PRO TEM2
TO -SIGN ON THE BANK ACCOUNTS OF SAID CITY
WHEREAS, the City of Rolling Hills has hereto-
fore -'established bank accounts for the deposit of the
funds of said City in the California Bank; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 63 provides that:
"Owen F. Goodman, Mayor, or Fred I. Tourtelot,
Mayor Pro Tempore, and Gilbert B. Myers, City
Treasurer, or Phyllis S. Stockdale, Deputy
City Treasurer, i
were authorized to sign checks, drafts, trade acceptances,
counter checks or orders for and on behalf of this City and
to endorse the same on behalf of..,"this City for deposit, en-
cashment or otherwise"; and
WHEREAS, Owen F. Goodman has resigned as Mayor of
this City and Fred I. Tourtelot has resigned as Mayor Pro
Tempore of said City; and
WHEREAS, Fred I. Tourtelot is the Mayor and Vigo
G. Nielsen is the Mayor Pro Tempore of said City;
NOVI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Fred I. To,.zrtelot,
It-Zayor, or Vigo G. Nielsen, Mayor Pro Terapore, and Gilbert
B. Myers, City Treasurer, or Phyllis S. Stockdale, Deputy
City Treasurer, be and they are hereby authorized to sign
checks, drafts, trade acceptances, counter checks or order's
for and on behalf of this. -City on said bank accounts and that
each of them be and they are hereby authorized to endorse checks,
drafts, trade acceptances, notes or orders for and on behalf
of this city for deposit, in said bank accounts, or en-
cashment or otherwise, and said bank is hereby authorized
to honor and pay on account of this City any and all checks,
trade acceptances, counter checks, notes or orders signed

and/or endorsed in accordance herewith. Said Bank is
authorized to send by unregistered mail to the last known
address of the`City on file with .the Bank statements and
cancelled checks not called for within three months.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of
June, 1959.
