A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ROLLING HILLS FIXING THE COMPENSATION .OF
THE CITY MANAGER, CITY CLERK AND CITY TREASURER
WHEREAS, by Resolution No.' 55, adopted June 9, 1958,
the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills fixed the salary
of Gilbert B. Myers, as City Manager, City Clerk and City
Treasurer, at Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00) per month,
which compensation was to include reimbursement for auto-
mobile expense; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds and de-
clares that the sum of Six Hundred Twenty -Five Dollars
($625..00) per month is a reasonable compensation for the
service, including automobile expense, currently being ren-
dered by said Gilbert B. Myers as City Manager, City Clerk
and City Treasurer;
NOW, -THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that effective
July 1, 1959, and continuingetliereafter at the pleasure of
the City Council, the monthly compensation, including reim-
bursement for automobile expense, of Gilbert B. Myers, as
City Manager, City Clerk and City Treasurer be, and the
same is hereby fixed at Six Hundred Twenty -Five Dollars
($625.00).
THAT the Mayor shall sign this resolution and the
City. --Mark shall attest and certify to the passage and adop-
tion thereof.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of
June, 1959.
