RESOLUTION NO. 77
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ROLLING HILLS FIXING THE SALARY OF THE
DEPUTY CITY CLERK, DEPUTY CITY TREASURER AND
SECRETARY OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 56, adopted June 9,
1958, the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills fixed
the'salary of Phyllis Stockdale, as Deputy City Clerk,
Deputy City Treasurer and Secretary of the Planning Com-
mission at Three Hundred Seventy -Five Dollars ($375.00)
per month, effective July l, 1958; and
WHEREAS, the City Council now finds and declares
that the sum of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) per month
is a reasonable compensation for the service currently
being rendered by said Phyllis Stockdale, as said Deputy
City Clerk, Deputy City Treasurer and Secretary of the
Planning Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that effective
July 1, 1959, and continuing thereafter at the pleasure of
the City Council, the monthly compensation of Phyllis
Stockdale, as Deputy City Clerk, Deputy City Treasurer and
Secretary of the Planning Commission be, and the same is
hereby fixed at Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) per month,
Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($350.00) of which shall be
charged against the budget items for Deputy City.Clerk and
Deputy City Treasurer, and Fifty. Dollars ($50.00) of which
shall be charged against the budget item for the Planning
Commission.
THAT the Mayor shall sign this resolution and the
City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of
