0091RESOLUTION NO. 91 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, CALLING A GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION ON THE 12TH DAY'OF APRIL, 1960, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ELECTING THE OFFICERS REQUIRED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO BE ELCETED AT SAID GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION, AND ESTABLISHING A VOTING PRECINCT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SAID GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION, ESTABLISHING A POLLING PLACE IN SAID PRECINCT, APPOINTING ELECTION OFFICERS THEREFOR, AND FIXING COMPENSATION FOR SAID ELECTION OFFICERS. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF'::ROLLING HILLS, STATE OF;."CALIFORNIA,'DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, the general laws of the State of California provide that there shall be held in general law cities on even numbered years and on the second Tuesday in April of such even numbered years, a general::municipal election; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: . SECTION I. That°said general municipal election be and the'same'is hereby called to be held on Tuesday, the 12th day of April, 1960. SECTION II. That for the purpose of holding said general mun3.cipal election said City shall be and the same is hereby consolidated into one voting precinct which shall conform with and identically comprise, respectively, all of the territory as heretofore established for the regular State and County elections, and the polling place is hereby established as follows, to -wit, as set forth in Section III hereof. SECTION III. That the election officers, voting precinct and polling place for the conduct of said general municipal election shall be and are hereby appointed as follows, to -wit: (a) Mrs. Edith Brewer INSPECTOR (b) Mrs. Georgene Hock JUDGE (c) Mrs. Sarah Amberg CLERK (d) Mrs. Lois M. Gray CLERK That there shall be one voting precinct designated as Municipal Election Precinct No. 1 -comprising State and County election precincts Nos. 1, 22 3 and 4. That the City Hall of the City o California, known by street and number Bend Road, shall be the polling place said general municipal election. f Rolling Hills, as No. 1 Portuguese for the holding of 1 I SECTION IV. That the compensation which shall be paid to each election officer and the rental to be paid, if any, for the polling place, is as follows: (a) Inspector 21.00 (b) Judge 18.00 (c) Clerks 18.00 (d) Polling Place None SECTION V. That the said general municipal election polls shall be opened at 7:00 o'clock a,.m.=and shall remain open continuously until 7:00 otclock p.m., when said polls shall be closed. SECTION VI. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption. of this resolution and its,approval by the City Council of the City of Robing Hills, and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
