A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF.'ROLLING HILLS REQUESTING APPROVAL OF THE
LOS ANGELES COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS'OF
PROPOSED ANNEXATION NO. 67-599 TERRITORY LO-
CATED WITHIN THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, TO
THE CONSOLIDATED COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT.
THE CITY -COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The City Council of the City of Rolling
Hills does"hereby declare its intention to commence pro-
ceedings, pursuant to Section 14401,of the Health &
Safety Code of the State of California, for the annexa-
tion of the hereinafter described territory located with-
in the boundaries of the City of Rolling Hills, and
known as proposed Annexation No. 67-59 to the Consolidated
County Fire Protection District of Los Angeles County.
SECTION II. The boundaries of the territory
proposed 'to be' annexed have heretofore been submitted to
and reported upon by,the Los Angeles County Boundary
Commission. The approved boundaries as reported on are
as follows;
Lomita Area Parcel No. 17.
Beginning at the southeasterly corner of
Parcel 121, as shown on map"filed in Book 58,
page 6 et seq. of Record of Surveys, in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Los
Angeles; thence southerly and westerly along
the boundary of the City of Rolling Hills, as
same existed December 21, 1959 to the boundary
of Consolidated County Fire Protection District,
as same existed on said date; thence northerly
and easterly along said last mentioned boundary
to the point of beginning.
Containing: 0.001 Sq. Miles.
SECTION III. The Los Angeles County Board of Super-
visors as the governing body of the Consolidated County
Fire Protection District is hereby requested to grant
approval of said annexation pursuant to the terms and
provisions of Section 11401 of the Health & -Safety Code
of the State of California.
