RESOLUTION NO. 94
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA, EX-
TENDING THE TIME TO PERFORM CERTAIN ACTS
SET FORTH IN SECTIONS 4.09 to 4.12, IN-
CLUSIVE, OFCO.RDINANCE NO. U-21.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. U-21 was enacted by the
City Council of the City of Rolling Hills on February
23, 1960; and
WHEREAS, Sections 4.09 to 4.12 inclusive of said
Ordinance provided for the doing of certain acts with-
in ascertain acts within a certain time; and
WHEREAS, Section 4.13 of said Ordinance provides
that the time limits set forth in Sections 4.09 to
4.12 inclusive may be extended by mutual consent of
the subdivider and the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the. City of
Rolling Hills does resolve, determine and order as
f ollows :
Section 1. The City C1erkS_is hereby authorized,
with the consent of the subdivider, -to -extend the
times set forth in Sections 4.09 to'4.12 inclusive for
an additional period of time equal to the time set
forth for the performance of -said acts in Sections
4.09 to 4.12 inclusive.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 14th day of
March, 1960.
