A. CONSIDER AND APPROVE PROPOSAL FROM THE PALOS VERDES
PENINSULA LAND CONSERVANCY TO REMOVE ACACIA SHRUB AND
MUSTARD PLANT NEAR THE BORDER OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS AND
THE NATURE PRESERVE.
B. CONSIDER AND APPROVE JOINT FEASIBILITY STUDY PROPOSED BY THE
CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES TO INSTALL SEWER MAIN LINES NEAR
THE FLYING TRIANGLE AREA.
C. CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL THE PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
FY 2019-2020 SIGNING AND STRIPING PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE STAFF TO
ADVERTISE FOR CONSTRUCTION BIDS.
D. CONSIDER CALOES DESIGNATION OF SUBRECIPIENT’S AGENT AND
FEDERAL FUNDING ACCOUNTABILITY.
CONSIDER ALLOCATION OF FUNDS FOR THE PREPARATION OF SAFETY
ELEMENT TO BE REIMBURSED AT 75%.

A. DISCUSS ON-GOING CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES WITH COX

The City Council finds, based on advice from the City Attorney, that discussion in open
session of the following described matter will prejudice the position of the City in
anticipated litigation:
