RESOLUTION N0. 99
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING A
CITY TREASURER, AND FIXING THE TERMS OF
APPOINTMENT AND COMPENSATION THEREFOR
WHEREAS, the Petition for incorporation of the City
of Rolling Hills, California, provides for the appointment
of all officers of the City other than tCouncilmen, by the
City Council; and
WHEREAS, heretofore the City Council has appointed
Gilbert B. Myers as City Treasurer -of said city, and the
said Gilbert B. Myers has resigned as City Treasurer elective
July 1, 1960; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable that said City
Council now appoint anew City'Treasurer to replace the said
Gilbert B. Myers;
NOW,�THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Lloyd W. Hully
be, and he is'hereby appointed by the City Council of the
City of Rolling Hills to the office of City Treasurer; and
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that upon his qualification
and acceptance of said office, he shall hold said office
at the pleasure of the City Council, effective as of July 1,
1960, and without compensation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor shall sign
this resolution and City Clerk shall attest and certify to
the passage and adoption thereof.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of May 1960.

I, Gilbert B. Myers, City Clerk of the City of
Rolling Hills, California, 'DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the
foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the City Council

23rd day of May, 1960, and that it was so adopted by the
