WHER�S, the HONORABL� FR�NK G. BON�I,LI, Chairman �
, of the Los Angeles Board of Supervisors has dedicated his
life to the service of the citizenry of Los Angeles County
for the past fif'teen years; and
WH�R�AS, during that period of time he has al�rays
given unselfishly of his time and effort not only to promote
the welfare of the residents of Los Angeles County but has
added greatly to the advancement of municipal government
throughout the State of California and ,sponsored legis�ation

��; and ideas �tha�. inc�reased the efficie�ncy of all branches of

� WH�REAS, THE HONORABLE FRANK G. BONELLI has always
been a leader and strong advocate of the basic rights of
