A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
CITY-CLERKTOEXTEND THE TIME TO PERFORM
CERTAIN ACTS SET FORTH IN SECTIONS 4.09 to 4.12,
INCLUSIVE OF ORDINANCE NO. 32.
WHEREAS, the•_Ci!ty Council of the City of Rolling
Hills has heretofore, on the 14th day of March, 1960, approved
and adopted Resolution No. 94 entitled "A Resolution of the
City Council of the City of Rolling Hills, California, Extending
the Time to Perform Certain Acts Set Forth in.Sections 4.09 to
4.12, inclusive, of Ordinance No. U-21"; and
-WHEREAS,,Ordinance.No. 32 entitled "An Ordinance
of the City of Rolling Hills Regulating and Controlling the
Design and Improvement of Subdivisions and Other Divisions
of Property" was passed, approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Rolling Hills on the 9th day of May,
1960, said Ordinance No. 32 by the terms of Article XVII,
Section 17.01 took effect thirty (30) days after the date of
its adoption on May 9, 1960; and
WHEREAS, the said Ordinance No. 32 by the terms of
Article XVI, Section 16.01, repealed Ordinance No. U-21; and
WHEREAS, Sections 4.09 to 4.12, inclusive, of said
Ordinance No. 32 provide for the doing of certain -acts within
a certain time; and
WHEREAS, Section 4.13 of said Ordinance No. 32
provides that the time limit set forth in Sections 4.D9 to
4.12, inclusive, may be extended by mutual consent of the
subdividers and the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Rolling Hills does resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. The City Clerk is hereby authorized,
with the consent of the subdivider, to extend the time set
forth in Sections 4.09 to 4.12, inclusive, for an additional

period of time equal to the time set forth for the per-
formance of said acts in Sections 4.09 to 4.12, inclusive,
of Ordinance No. 32.
Section 2. Resolution No. 94 entitled "A
Resolution of the City Council,pfo the City of Rolling
Hills, Calife^nia, Extending the Time to Perform Certain
Acts Set Forth in Sections 4.09 to 4.12, inclusive, of
Ordinance No. U-21" is repealed and rescinded.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 10th day
of October, 1960.
