A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA, FIXING
THE FEES TO BE PAID UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 33
ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE -OF THE CITY OF ROLLING
HILLS, CALIFORNIA, PROVIDING FOR ZONING IN
SAID CITY"

WHEREAS, ARTICLE VIII, Section 8.04 of Ordinance No. 33
entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Rolling Hills, California,
providing for zoning in said City" provides that the City
Council shall fix by resolution the fee to be charged each
applicant for a reclassification, amendment or zone change,
variance, conditional use permit, or for any other relief
provided for in said Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, the City Council now desires to designate the
fees to be paid by each and every applicant seeking any
relief provided in Ordinance No. 33 of the City of Rolling
Hills,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that each applicant
for a reclassification, amendment or zone change, variance,
conditional use permit or for any other relief provided for

in said Ordinance No. 33 shall pay to the City Clerk of the
City of Rolling Hills a fee of Twenty-five ($25.00) Dollars,
which fee shall not be -refundable.
