0123RESOLUTION NO. 123 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA, ,ENDORSING AND URGING THE PASSAGE OF SENATE BILL NO. 1031 WHEREAS, there is now pending in the Legislature of the State of California, Senate Bill No. 1031, introduced by Senator George Miller; and WHEREAS, it is the well considered opinion of the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills that public agencies should not be liable for the negligence of their employees acting within the scope of their authority while engaged in governmental functions; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills endorse and urge.the passage of Senate Bill No. 1031; and y BE,IT.FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this . Resolution be sent to all members of the Assembly Committee on Efficiency and Economy; to State Senator Richard Richards; and to Assemblyman Charles E.
