A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
F CITY OF ROLLING HILLS AMENDING THE
APPOINTMENT OF THE COUNTY ENGINEER OF
THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES AS THE CITY -
ENGINEER
The City Council_ of the City of Rolling Hills
does resolve as follows:

Section 1. The County Engineer.of the County of
Los Angeles -was duly appointed as the City Engineer of the
City of Rolling Hills on the 24th day of January 1957, for
the purpose of performing those engineering functions which
may be re4uested by the City Council,.and approved by the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Los Angeles pursuant
to the General Services Agreement or other agreements
between the City and the County.
Section 2. The County Engineer is hereby authorized
to designate his Chief Deputy to approve on his behalf any
official City business under his jurisdiction, when it is
necessary for him to be -absent from his place of work due to
illness, official business, or vacation.
Section 3. To expedite the approval of certain
matters, the County Engineer may delegate certain of his
deputies to approve on his behalf City sanitary sewer and
storm drain plans, tentative subdivision requirements,
letters of transmittal and reports on activities.
Section 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and shall transmit a certified
copy thereof to the County of Los Angeles.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 28th day of
August, 1961.

I, GILBERT B. MYERS, City Clerk of the City of
Rolling Hills, do hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution, being Resolution No. 130, was°passed and
adopted by the City Council of the City of Rolling
Hills, California, signed by the Mayor of said City and
attested by the City Clerk all at a regular meeting
thereof held on -the 28th day of August, 1961, and that
the same was passed and adopted by the following vote,
to -wit:
AYES: Councilmen Nielsen, Tourtelot and Roach
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmen Horn and 'Flaherty
