A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL -OF THE
CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA,
REQUESTING THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES TO
FURNISH SERVICES THROUGH THE COUNTY ROAD
DEPARTMENT IN CONNECTION WITH THE CHECKING
OF SUBDIVISIONS AND'IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE
CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the City of Rolling Hills, California,
has heretofore entered into a written Agreement dated
July 1, 1960, with the County of Los Angeles, entitled
"Agreement - General Services", under which Agreement the
County of Los Angeles has agreed to provide certain municipal
services for the City of Rolling Hills, upon request; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rolling
Hills has heretofore passed Ordinance No. 32, an Ordinance
entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Rolling Hills,
Regulating and Controlling the Design and Improvement of
Subdivisions and other Divisions of PropertAlpursuant to
! Chapter 2, Part 2 of Division 4 of:the Business and
Professions Code of the State of California; and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary that certain
tract maps affecting land within the City of Rolling Hills
be processed in accordance with said Ordinance No. 32 of the
City of Rolling Hills; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the County
of Los Angeles is hereby requested to furnish, through the
Road Commissioner of said County and the Road Department of
said County, all services necessary to the complete
processing of all subdivisions affecting land within the
City of Rolling Hills and to inspect all improvements made
or to be made in connection with such subdivisions; and,
further, be it
RESOLVED, that the Mayor shall sign this Resolution
and the City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage
and adoption hereof; and, further, be it
RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is directed to
forward°a certified copy of this Resolution to the Clerk
of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Los Angeles,
California, and to the Road Commissioner of the County of
Los Angeles, California.
PASSED, APPRDVED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of
May, 1962.
