RESOLUTION NO. 144
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA,
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
WITH THE PALOS VERDES WATER COMPANY
FOR THE EXTENSION OF WATER MAIN FACILITIES
WITHIN THE CITY
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the
installation of a water line to Swaffield Park by Palos
Verdes Water Company; and
WHEREAS, Palos Verdes Water Company has agreed
to install said water line in accordance with the terms of
a written agreement which has been presented to the City
Council for approval and execution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and
the City Clerk are authorized to execute said agreement for and
on behalf of said City, a copy of which is on file in the
,records of the City of Rolling Hills and which is attached
to the file copy of this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of
May, 1962.
