RESOLUTION NO. 145
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY, OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA,
AUTHORIZING THE GRANTING OF EASEMENTS
TO THE PALOS VERDES WATER COMPANY'FOR,
UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore on the
14th day of May 1962 entered into a written agreement with
Palos Verdes Water Company for the installation of a water
line to the area known as Swaffield Park; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to grant to the Palos
Verdes Water Company a.nonexclusive easement over and under
certain property owned by the City to enable it to install
said water line in accordance with.said agreement; and
WEE REAS, there has been presented to,the Council
a "Grant of Easements" granting to Palos Verdes Water
Company a nonexclusive easement for installation and laying
of said water line for execution by the Gty of Rolling Hills.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor
and City Clerk be authorized to execute for and on behalf
of said City the "Grant of Easements" presented to this
Council, a copy of which is on file in,the City records
and attached to the file copy of:this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of
June, 1962.

being Resolution No. 145, was passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Rolling Hills, California, signed
by the Mayor of said City and attested by the City Clerk, all
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 11th day of June,
1962, and that the same was passed and adopted by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Amberg, Van Note, Goodman and Mayor
O'Flaherty
