COUI�TY SAIrTITATION.�DISTRIC� CONDEMI+�ATION -PROCEEDINGS
Mayor 0'Flaherty �reported. that the Sanitation District had
initiated proceedings to acquire a 40. acre parcel between
� Hawthorne and Crenshaw Boulevards within the City of Rolling Hills
Estates and that access to the landfill would be from Crenshaw
Boulevarde

HIGHWAY AME�iDMENT NO 5.07(REVISED) ROLLING HILLS ROAD

The City Clerk .read a letter from the County-Regional
Planning; Commission transmitting a revised print of Highway
Amendment No. 507 to the Master Plan. of Highways which would
� add Rolling Hills Roa.d as a secondary highway 80 . feet wide,
' between. Crenshaw Boulevard and Palos Verdes Drive North.
The letter and .map_ were received and referred to_ the
� Planning Commissiono
PIJRCHASE OF LAND ADJACENT TO: GATEHOUSES
Maps of the property at the Main�Gate on the east side
of Portuguese Bend Road and the Eastfield Gate parcel were
studied by the Gouncil, and thereafter a. field trip. and '
inspection of the properties was made.
RECESS
There being no further business to came. before the meeting,
