RESOLUTION NO. 151
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA, CONSOLIDATING
SPECIAL IN LIEU FUND BANK ACCOUNT NO I, AND
GENERAL FUND BANK ACCOUNT IN UNITED
CALIFORNIA BANK
WHEREAS, by Resolution Nora .24A of. the, City of -Rolling
Hills adopted April 8, 1957, and by Resolution No. 34
adopted June 24, 1957, there was established in the name
of the City of Rolling Hills two bank accounts, as follows:
(a) General Fund Bank Account;
(b) Special In Lieu Fund Bank Account No. 1; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk is of the opinion and has
advised the City Council that the financial affairs of the
City of Rolling Hills could be more efficiently administered
and the work of the City Treasurer could be expedited if'
both the above described bank accounts were consolidated
into one bank account in the United California.Bank;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT -RESOLVED that the City of Rolling
Hills establish a bank account for the deposit of the general
funds of the City of Rolling Hills and for the deposit of
funds received from the State of California .as in lieu personal
property taxes, such bank account -to be known as "General
Fund Bank Account of the City of Rolling Hills", and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said funds received by the
City of Rolling Hills be deposited by the City in the United
California Bank; subject to the By -Laws, rules and regulations
of said United California Bank, in force from time to time,
covering accounts of such bank, and subject to any and all
service charges now or hereafter established, and that
JOSEPH 0"FLAHERTY, Mayor
or FRED TOURTELOT, Mayor Pro Tempore,
and MARION WELCH, City Treasurer
or PHYLLIS STOCKDALE, Deputy City Treasurer
be and they are hereby authorized to sign check, drafts,
trade acceptances,_counter checks or order for and on behalf
of this City and that each of them be and he or she is
hereby authorized to endorse checks, drafts, trade acceptances,
notes.or orders for and on behalf of this City for deposit,
encashment or otherwise, and said Bank is hereby authorized
to honor and pay on account of this City any and all checks,
drafts, trade acceptances, counter checks, notes or orders,
signed and/or endorsed in accordance herewith. Said bank
is authorized to send by unregistered mail, at the last

known address of the City on•file with the Bank, statements
and cancelled checks not called for within -three months-.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of September,
1962.

all at a regular meeting thereof held on the 24th day of
September, 1962, and that the same was passed and adopted by
