A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA, FIXING
AND ESTABLISHING THE FEES TO BE CHARGED
FOR FILING AND PROCESSING A TENTATIVE MAP
AND FOR PLAN CHECKING A FINAL MAP AS, RE-
QUIRED BY -SECTIONS 4.07 -AND 10.06.0E
ORDINANCE N0. 32 OF THE CITY OF ROLLING .HILL -S
WHEREAS, Sections 4.07 and 10.-06 of Ordinance.
No. 32 regulating and controlling the design and.improve-
ments of subdivisions and other divisions of property in
the City of Rolling Hills requires the City Clerk to demand
and receive a fee for the filing of a tentative map and a
plan check fee for filing and checking a final subdivision
map; and
WHEREAS, the fees provided to be paid by said
Ordinance No. 32 for this service have been insufficient to
defray the cost incurred'by the City of Rolling Hills in
checking and processing the tentative and final maps;
NOW., THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of. the City of Rolling Hills that the fees to be
charged for filing a tentative subdivision map as required
by -Section 4.07 of Ordinance No. 32 are changed and now
fixed and established as follows:
1. For a tentative.map containing five (5)
lots or less - $125.00 plus any additional
cost in excess thereof expended by said
City in checking and processing said
tentative map;
2. For a tentative map containing more than
five (5) lots - $700.00 plus any additional
cost in excess thereof expended by said
City in checking and processing said
tentative map;
3. If said City, in checking and processing a
tentative map, expends less than the fee
provided to be paid in (1) or (2) above,
then the amount of the difference less the
sum of $25.00 shall be returned to the payor
of said fee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the fees to be
charged for plan checking a final subdivision map, as -
required by Section 10.06 of Ordinance No. 32 are changed,
fixed and established as follows;
$75.00 per map, plus $2.50 per lot.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that Resolution No. 137,
adopted on the 15th day of February, 1962, is hereby repealed.
