A RESOLUTION•ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE CITY -OF
ROLLING HILLS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING
JULY 1, 1963, AND ENDING JUNE 30, 19649 AND
FIXING THE AMOUNT OF REVENUE FROM PROPERTY
TAXES NECESSARY TO -SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENTS OF
THE. .ChTY .,OF ,ROLLING; HILLS DURING THE FISCAL .,YEAR
WHEREAS, the City Council.of the City of Rolling Hills
finds that it -is necessary.to.adopt a budget for the City for,the
fiscal year commencing July 1, 1963 and ending June -.30, 1964 -arid-.
to -.fix' the -amount of revenue from property taxes necessary to
support the -departments of the City of Rolling Hills, in accord® ;
an.ce with Section 51508 of the Government Code; and
WHEREAS, a proposed:budget:for the City of Rolling Hills
for -the -fiscal year 1963-64 has been submitted to the City Council
at its meeting held July 22, 1963; and
WHEREAS, the City Council now desires.to approve and
adopt said proposed budget;
,NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Rolling
Hills does adopt as a budget:for the'fiscal year commencing.July 1,
1963 and ending June 30, 1964, the following receipts and expenditures:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, pursuant to the provisions
of Section 51508 of the Government Code of the State of California,
the amount of $83,971.00 is hereby fixed as the amount of revenue
from property taxes necessary to support the departments of the
City of Rolling Hills for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1963
and ending June 30, 1964.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of
August, 1963.
