0166RESOLUTION NO. 166 A RESOLUTION•ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE CITY -OF ROLLING HILLS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 1963, AND ENDING JUNE 30, 19649 AND FIXING THE AMOUNT OF REVENUE FROM PROPERTY TAXES NECESSARY TO -SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENTS OF THE. .ChTY .,OF ,ROLLING; HILLS DURING THE FISCAL .,YEAR WHEREAS, the City Council.of the City of Rolling Hills finds that it -is necessary.to.adopt a budget for the City for,the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1963 and ending June -.30, 1964 -arid-. to -.fix' the -amount of revenue from property taxes necessary to support the -departments of the City of Rolling Hills, in accord® ; an.ce with Section 51508 of the Government Code; and WHEREAS, a proposed:budget:for the City of Rolling Hills for -the -fiscal year 1963-64 has been submitted to the City Council at its meeting held July 22, 1963; and WHEREAS, the City Council now desires.to approve and adopt said proposed budget; ,NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Rolling Hills does adopt as a budget:for the'fiscal year commencing.July 1, 1963 and ending June 30, 1964, the following receipts and expenditures: ESTIMATED RECEIPTS Motor Vehicle In Lieu Real Proper.ty.Taxes, Unsecured Personal Property Taxes Building Permits, Net Fines & Forfeitures Interest Income Sales Tax Subdivision & Variance Fees TOTAL RECEIPTS ESTIMATED EXPENDITURES// Police Protection: Sheriff Gates as per contract' -with RHCA Services-, Health Ambulance.
