WHEREAS, the total asse`ssedy"value of all property
within --the City,�of..Rolling Hills is $8,397,170.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 51511 of the
Government Code of the State of California, the City Council
of the City of Rolling Hills does resolve as follows:
1. RESOLVED that there is hereby levie"df"'or
municipal purposes upon each ONE HUNDRED ($100.00) DOLLARS
worth (assessed valuation) of property in the City of Rolling
Hills, exclusive of property which is tax exempt, for the
fiscal year commenting July 1, 1963 and ending June 30, 1964,
a tax of $1.00.
2. RESOLVED FURTHER that the City Clerk shall
certify to the passage of this resolution by the City Council
of the City of Rolling Hills and cause the same to be posted
in three (3) conspicuous places in the City of Rolling Hills,
and it shall take effect immediately.
3. RESOLVED FURTHER that the City Clerk be, and
she hereby is, instructed to file with the County -Auditor.
of the County of Los Angeles on or before September 1, 1963,
a certified copy of this resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of
August, 1963.
