A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 175
WHEREAS, this Council, on February 10, 1964, passed,
approved and adopted Resolution No. 175 entitled "A Resolution
of the City Council of the City'of Rolling.Hills Appointing a
City Clerk and City Manager and Deputy City Treasurer and Fixing
the Terms of Appointment'*and Compensation; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk so appointed was named As
"Alma C. Clifton"; and
WHEREAS, said Alma C.,Clifton.is more popularly
known as "Teena Clifton",-

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said Resolution
No. 175 is amended by changing all references therein to the
City'Clerk, City Manager and Deputy City -Treasurer so appointed
from "Alma C. Clifton" to "Teena Clifton"; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor shall sign
this Resolution and two (2) Councilmen shall attest and certi-
fy to the -passage -and adopted thereof.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of March,
