A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ROLLING HILLS,) CALIFORNIA, FIXING THE:FEES
TO BE CHARGED FOR.THE CHECKING AND PROCESSING
OF A FINAL SUBDIVISION MAPS AS REQUIRED BY
SECTION 10.06 of ORDINANCE NO. 32
WHEREAS, Section 10006 of Ordinance No. 32 of the
City of.Rolling Hills, California, requires the City Clerk.to demand
and receive a plan check fee for filing and checking a final
subdivision map; and
WHEREAS, the fees provided to be paid by said Ordinance
No. 32 for this service has 'been insufficient to defray the cost
incurred by the City of Rolling Hills in checking said final map;
NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Rolling Hills that the fee to be charged for plan check-
ing final subdivision maps hereafter filedas required by Section
10.06 of Ordinance No. 32, is changed, fixed, and established as
follows:
(a) $350.00 per -map, plus $5.00 for each lot.in.the
subdivision.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 10th.day of.August,
1964.
