RESOLUTION NO. 185
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING A
REPRESENTATIVE AND ALTERNATE TO THE CITY
SELECTION COMMITTEE FOR THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
RAPID TRANSIT DISTRICT
WHEREAS,. the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills,
California, has been requested to appoint a representative and an
alternate to the City Selection Committee, which Committee will
thereafter elect four representatives to the Southern California
Rapid Transit District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Councilmen
Vernon Fay and'Owen F. Goodman of.the City of Rolling Hills be
and they are appointed respective as the representative and
alternate for the City of Rolling Hills, to represent said City
on -=the C. t.y Selection -Committee to elect four representatives or
direct.or-s--for -the "Southern California Rapid Transit District.-

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor shall sign this
Resolution and the City Clerk shall attest and certify to the
passage and adoption thereof.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 14th day of September,
1964.
