RESOLUTION NO. 18$
A RESOLUTION OF=THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ROLLING HILLS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS TO EXECUTE A WRITTEN AGREEMENT
WITH THE LOS ANGELES'COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL
DISTRICT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF STORM DRAINS
AND DRAINAGE CHANNELS IN THE CITY OF ROLLING
HILLS, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Rolling Hills, a written agreement which, by its
terms, provides among other things for the preparation of the
necessary plans and supporting data and the construction of
storm drains and drainage channels within.the boundarie.s.of the
City of Rolling Hills; and -
WHEREAS-, ::-the City Attorney of the City of Rolling
Hills has -examined said agreement and has approved the same
as to form;.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor- and
the City Clerk of the City of Rolling Hills are authorized
and empowered to execute -said written agreement, and that when
so executed a conformed copy thereof shall be placed in the
files and records of the City of Rolling Hills.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 8th day of
March, 1965.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution being Resolution No.
18? was passed and adopted by the City Council of said City of
Rolling Hills, California, signed by the Mayor of said City and
attested by the City Clerk all at a regular meeting thereof held on
the eighth day of March, 1965, and that the same was passed and
adopted by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Goodman, Fay, Tourtelot, Klein and Mayor Van
