0190RESOLUTION NO. 190 3. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA, REQUESTING THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF SAID CITY TO CONSIDER THE AMENDMENT,OF ORDINANCE NO. 33 TO PROVIDE FOR A RECREATIONAL, NON -CONFORMING USE IN THE RAS ZONE WHEREAS, the City Council has been requested to amend Section 3'.01 of Ordinance No. 33 to provide for a recreational, non- commercial use as a permitted use in the RAS zone; and WHEREAS, the Council believes that it is inadvisable to consider the amendment of Ordinance No. 33 as requested, before the Planning Commission of the City of Rolling Hills has has an oppor- tunity to study and analyze the effect on the over-all zoning plan for the City of Rolling Hills; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council `-0 does request the Planning Commission to study, investigate, and it recommend by a resolution to the City Council, in accordance with zt; Q the provisions of Ordinance No. 33, its recommendation in favor or against amending Section 3.01 of Ordinance No. 33 to provide for a recreational, non-commercial use in the RAS zone.
