OF: ROILING HILLS, CALIFORNIA, SUPPORTING AE 1419
WHEREAS, the City of Rolling -Hills. -.doffs gr.�attly. appre=
ciate the cultural and educational assets of the South Coast
Botanic Gardens to our area; a-nd
WHEREAS, a sound. -financial program for the proper
maintenance and development of these Gardens is offered ir. AB 14.19;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE C:ITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING
HILLS, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS.
SECTION 1. That our State Legislature be advised of
our approval and support -'of AB. 1.44:1.9;
SECTION, 2 . That Assemblymen' Charles Edward Chapel, Vincent
Thomas, and Clayton. A. Dills be requested to do everything ir, their
power to effect the passage of AB 1419 into State Law.
