RESOLUTION NO. 193
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF'ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING THE
CHIEF ENGINEER OF THE CONSOLIDATED COUNTY FIRE
PROTECTION DISTRICT AS THE CITY FIRE CHIEF --FOR
THE -CITY OF ROLLING HILLS
WHEREAS, the City of.Rolling Hills, California is within
th&-Consolidated County'Fire'Protection_District and utilizes the
facilities,'personnel and equipment of the District in the adminis-
tration of a fire protection and fire prevention program for the
City; and
WHEREAS, Section 36505 of the Government Code requires the
City Council to appoint a Fire Chief:
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rolling

Hills, DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:

SECTION 1. The Chief Engineer of the Consolidated County
Fire Protection District is hereby appointed the Fire Chief of the
City of Rolling Hills.
SECTION 2. All firemen of the Cons.olidated County Fire
Protection District are hereby appointed firemen of the City of
Rolling Hills.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of June,.1965.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution being Resolution No.
193 was passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Rolling
Hills, California, signed by the Mayor of said City and attested by

of June, 1965 and that the same was passed and adopted by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fay, Goodman, Van Note and Mayor Tourtelot
